The Department of Hospital Administration is responsible for the management of affiliated hospitals and collaborative hospitals of Soochow University.

Overview
On behalf of Soochow University, the Department of Hospital Administration is responsible for the integration and coordination of various affiliated hospitals and collaborative hospitals of the university. As an administrative functional department led by the CPC committee, the university president, and other administrators of the university, the department is expected to boost the relationship between the university and the affiliated hospitals, and better the development of hospitals by strengthening the communication, cooperation and coordination with other relevant functional departments. By promoting evaluations and management, and the collaborative development of hospitals and medical education, the department aims to boost the reforms in different aspects of related hospitals under the directions of health administrative departments and the university.

Services
Providing directions for the teaching causes and scientific researches in relevant hospitals.

Supporting the coordination and communication between relevant hospitals and the functional departments of the university, and that among hospitals, and between hospitals and the outside world.
