Department of State-owned Assets

The Department of State-owned Assets is a comprehensive department specialized in the management of the state-owned assets of the university, with the responsibility of conducting overall management of related assets. As for the major functions, the department shall audit, register and dispose the permanent assets of the university, optimize the allocation and performance appraisal of state-owned assets, and supervise productive assets and school-run businesses to ensure the preserving and appreciation of state-owned assets.

Purchasing and Bidding Management Center 


The purchasing and bidding management center is set to handle all the competitive bidding works of the university.

Overview
As a comprehensive department specialized in the management of purchasing and bidding works of the university, the purchasing and bidding management center is responsible for the concrete practices of various purchasing programs (including materials, engineering products and services) of the university. Aiming to promote the efficiency of school funds, the center plans to better the inner control system and prevent the purchasing risks effectively by realizing the separation of management and purchase works.

Experimental Materials and Facility Management Center
The experimental materials and facility management center is responsible for the management of experimental materials, office consumables, experimental facilities, sharing platforms, and the technological safety in laboratories. 

Overview
As the comprehensive department specialized in the management of school supplies, facilities and technological safety in laboratories, the experimental materials and facility management center possesses three major functions: namely, 1) to manage the supply platforms for experimental materials and office consumables, the storage businesses regarding the inventory of related materials, and the safety issues of hazardous articles and toxic materials and chemicals; 2) to expound and review the purchase plans of teaching and research devices and equipment, and share the large-scale equipment with general public, and 3) to take charge of the trainings, instructions and supervisions regarding the safety in laboratories.

Services
Providing purchasing platforms for experimental materials and office consumables, and auditing services of purchasing funds;
Providing reception services of Class-A hazardous articles, toxic materials and chemicals.
Providing trainings on the safety in laboratories.
