As a school-level organization dominated by the winners of C.W. Chu Scholarship and Jin'Ai Student Subsidies constituted by the student volunteers for the activities concerning public benefits, Soochow University Enling Loving Heart Club aims to publicize the spirits set by C.W. Chu Education Foundation, namely, "developing talents for the country and helping one another while bettering the self", promote the high morality of severing the community and making contribution to the society, and cultivate students with excellent qualities like being helpful and dedicated.
