Established in 2009, Helping-the-disabled Volunteer Association of WenZheng College of Soochow University requires its members to follow the arrangements of voluntary service associations, provide free services for the disabled in their spare time, and promote humanitarianism by attending those voluntary activities beneficial for the life of the disabled.
