Established in 1998, Soochow University Loving Heart Club of Cyrus Tang Foundation is directly led by the Department of Students' Affairs. As a school-level club dominated by the winners of Cyrus Tang Scholarship, and supported by the student volunteers for the activities concerning public benefits, the Loving Heart Club now boosts over 100 members from different colleges and departments.
