On the evening of October 19th, Soochow Drama Club of Soochow University was invited to attend the 2019 Zijin Culture and Art Festival to perform the original dram at the Jiangsu grand theater. The performance was a complete success.

The drama, which had won several awards, mainly tells youth stories about a group of college students growing from freshmen to seniors. Actors interpreted youth stories with superb acting skills and passions, winning praises from all walks of life.

The 2019 Zijin Culture and Art Festival, organized by Publicity Department of Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism,and Jiangsu Federation of literary and Art Circles, following the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism With Chinese Characteristics, focusing on celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, strove for fine literary and artistic works. During the festival, college students’ drama performance activities were held to display the commitment to the nation, bearing of the mission and the vigorous youthful style of contemporary college students.
