On 16 March, a ceremony was held for the signing of an cooperative agreement between Soochow University and Agricultural Bank of China Suzhou Branch. At the ceremony, Mr. Zhu Ye, Deputy Director of the bank expressed his appreciation of the prospects of the appreciation and promised to give more support to the university in such fields as financing, capital management, ATM installment and mortgage. Zhu expected that closer relationship could be established between the bank and the university so as to achieve more mutual benefits.

Professor Yang Yixin, Vice President of Soochow University also confirmed that more cooperative programs would be developed with ABC Suzhou Branch.

Zheng Zhihun, Deputy Director of ABC Suzhou Branch and Zhou Gao, Chief Accountant of Soochow Universiy, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.
