In order to explore the rapid response and change trend of China's science and policy during the COVID-19 period, researchers found that the hot topics of China’s scientific research in the early stage of the epidemic were very close to the trend of relevant policies. With the title of “Coevolution of Covid-19 Research and China’s Policies”, the article was published on the journal of Health Research Policy and Systems, a zone one journal in the field of SSCI health policy and services under Nature on September 6th. The young teacher Cheng Xi and Professor Wang Guoyan from School of Communication were the first author and the corresponding author respectively.

The research showed China’s positive response to scientific research and policy making during the covid-19 period, further proving that China’s policy making effectively and reasonably followed the scientific principle.
